You get the idea now? There is another 3780+ categories more than this small example. Netflix change them from time to time, so Ill do my best to update the numbers when they do.

Now lets look at getting the whole world’s content and every possible move title by using a cheap and easy method.

Using a VPN (Virtual Private Server) like PureVPN will let you watch the latest releases from anywhere in the world, like the USA, Britain and just about any country. You can even trick Netflix into thinking you live in certain state in other countries, as each state in the US has different movies and TV shows playing. This works across the board in any country you like. So you like Bollywood movies? Not a problem, in a simple click of a button you will be able to  watch whatever your heart desires.

They way this works is the VPN (Virtual Private Server) gets around country viewing restrictions, for example;  Have you seen this error,”This title or video is not available in your country”? With the help of a VPN service the software routes your internet connection through different countries before it gets to Netflix, so Netflix think you live there.  That’s where your login and data are seen to be coming from.

To watch Netflix in any country, click this link to PureVPN

Netflix has been blocking most VPN’s recently as they can work out that many people are using the same IP’s or internet addresses so they will put a block on these IP addresses.  This is the big difference of PureVPN, they are playing cat and mouse with Netflix and winning. We have seen many VPN services beaten by Netflix but not PureVPN, they even have their own section and system just for connecting to Netflix. Its not the only thing a VPN can be used for but it is a main use as they are so cheap to run. Purevpn offers yearly plans in Australia for under $60 a year and that’s a top level plan with all the bells and whistles.

Other Netflix hacks and tricks.

Adding IMDb Reviews to Netflix

Netflix has a star rating review system and its not that bad, but if you’re looking for a better movie review system, then there’s an App for that. The Chrome extension Netflix Rate provides IMDb as well as Rotten Tomatoes ratings and reviews to Netflix. This is a great App for people to save time finding the best movies they like to watch from a better source than Netflix. Link to Netflix Rate App

Stop buffering problems using the Netflix hidden menus

Netflix has other fantastic secret treats like the streaming quality hidden menu. You can get it by clicking Shift+Alt+Left Mouse Click. The secret streaming options will vary depending on your operating system. This a great hack if you have streaming issues where you get buffering while trying to enjoy a movie.

Limited Data but want to watch Netflix, no problem.

For people that travel and do not have much data to use, this is the tip for you, navigate to the “My Account page” and click ‘Playback settings.’ In the setting you will see different amounts of data streaming for Netflix. Great way to not go over your data plan. Changing the settings can take up to 7 hours to kick in.

Last tip for today is Improve Netflix’s suggestions by telling Netflix the show you know you like. Find the My Account Tab, pick ‘Taste preferences.’ after that you’ll be able to pick the kind of viewing you prefer. Submitting your personal preferences will help the Netflix suggest movies or TV programs more suited to your style and taste.

Colloidal Silver the history and health rewards

Colloidal Silver the history and health rewards

I will start by stating that I am not a Doctor and you should always seek a health practitioner’s advice on any conditions and treatments.

The History of Colloidal Silver

For thousands of years silver was respected as a multipurpose healing technique. From early Rome, Greece, and places like ancient Paeonia, precious metals was used extensively to manage contamination and infection. Famous practitioners like Hippocrates, demonstrated that silver treated open wounds and managed disease way before antibiotics.

The acceptance of silver is known from before BC and spread to the Middle East around 700 AD during which it was commonly used for conditions like bloodstream filtration, cardiovascular diseases, syphilis, and even for simple things like managing bad breath.

During Napoleon times, the legions of Alexander implemented water flasks coated internally with silver to purify water from waterways. Silver was still used commonly by Russian in World War I, and even into World War 2.

Prior to refrigeration, it was a normal practice to put a silver coin into milk to preserve the milk, due to the fact silver was understood to protect against the growth of bacteria, algae and other unwanted microorganisms.

In recent times we have found silver to still be a powerful substance, it was almost lost from the history books like many other old health technics, but even now people stumble on to the power of silver by accident like, the State University of New York was running a project in the 1970s and they were making an shield with nylon and silver and it lead to them rediscovering that silver has unique antimicrobic characteristics, a long story short they ended up making a silver formulated wound dressings (Silverlon) obtained approval from the US Food and Drug Administration.

The funny thing is that when silver is used in a product that can be patented they approve it but when its just silver that you can make at home for a few cents then they don’t approve of it? This is highlighted by the fact that Silverlon bandages are ok yet the official line from the FDA about the use of silver is they do not consider it to be a safe or effective treatment for ANY disease or condition. Strong words there, considering the history of silver.

You can eat toxic food full of numbers and pesticides we know cause health issues, that’s ok, GMO, no problem, but silver used for thousands of years, don’t touch that!

Main uses for colloidal silver

The most common use is as an Antibacterial Agent.
Colloidal silvers capacity to eliminate antibiotic immune superbugs is spectacular. While working at UCLA, Larry C. Ford, MD, reported over 600 separate disease producing pathogens that ended up being defeated in moments when exposed to silver. (http://beforeitsnews.com/health/2012/07/ucla-medical-test-on-colloidal-silver-water-2444096.html)

Wound Cleaning, Skin Health Care

Robert O. Becker, MD, claims that colloidal silver promotes rehabilitation and repair of skin and other tissue. (http://www.johncfish.com/silver/index.htm)
A recent investigative report produced by Pharmacognosy Communications in 2012, advocated that colloidal silver treatments should be use to treat burns, yeast infection, and other conditions. Antiviral Agent

Colloidal silver positive aspects can be observed as an anti-viral for respiratory disease, herpes virus, shingles and other Viruses. Dr. Martin Hum, notes colloidal silver as a natural remedies to completely stop viruses in their tracks. (http://www.ion.ac.uk/information/onarchives/vanquishingviruses)
Anti-Inflammatory

Silver is also a excellent anti-inflammatory therapy. Researchers at the National Institutes of Health, examined the impact of inflammatory reaction following treatment using colloidal silver; they revealed that the irritated pores and skin of pigs medicated using colloidal silver encountered near normal skin after only 72 hours, while different treatment method groups remained inflamed. (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18550449?dopt=AbstractPlus)

Other things Colloidal silver can improve are,
Sinusitis (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24431107)
Common Cold/Flu (http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-779-colloidal%20silver.aspx?activeingredientid=779&activeingredientname=colloidal%20silver)
Pneumonia and many more.

Who to believe?

With the way the world works now, these days its all about money, so the best way to find out more about any product or service is to find and read over personal testimonials from people that use the products or services. I know that real people are more trustworthy that big companies, media or government. There are a heap for forums where you can read amazing stories of people that use The History of Colloidal Silver on themselves or pets to fix a huge range of issues.

In Australia it’s illegal to market colloidal silver as a medication or nutritional supplement it’s legal to sell it for water purification purposes, like many things in the natural health industry you can’t state much at all without fear of being attacked, and the best advise is always to research and ask or read up on people’s personal experience using it.

I do use Colloidal Silver myself and I have seen what it can do, but so people can see I am not biased I will not go into my own personal experience and instead give a few links to site s full of people that use CS.
http://www.colloidal-silver-colloids.com/contrib/mesosilver-testimonials.htm

I make my own colloidal silver for less than $1 a liter at home and it can also be brought from health shops or online. So if you have an interest in trying out CS google is your friend.

Beat Caravan Thieves for under $100

After seeing how easily and how often caravans are stolen, we have a few cunning tricks to not only get your prized caravan back but also catch the thief.

There are many ways to slow down thieves but it seems nothing is working very well. Post after post of stolen vans that had wheels locks, bar locks, chains and even commercial grade wheel clamps are not stopping the vans being stolen. With so many vans stolen here is a few ways to fight back and done for around $100.

We cant stop the vans being stolen it seems but this will get the van back without any more than a call to the police and your mobile phone.

The first way is to install a GPS tracker, these are cheap as chips now and simple to install. I have no affiliation with any of the companies or products so read up on which type would work for you setup and budget. The main thing is not to buy old outdated trackers as the old GPRS phone system is offline now. So make sure its a 3G or 4G tarcker.

Scientific proof for tea tree oil as a treatment for headlice

Headlice and nits are a constant nuisance in many households which generally occur in children from head to head contact at school or other social occasions. We have had to deal with the problem many times and through trial and error, have found the best solution to the problem. I have heard from other parents that tea tree oil hasn’t worked for them or that other natural stuff just doesn’t work. The problem usually is not that the treatment did not work, but that is was not executed correctly. I am constantly frustrated with some parents who refuse to de-lice their kids, and thus spread them to others, but have found the best course of action is prevention. My kids still get nits, particularly when they are around infested kids, but far less frequently than they used to.

What is one piece of advice you’d give to anyone thinking of working while travelling

After more than a decade of starting up a few businesses here is my not so short list.

There are a wide variety of work-on-the-road scenarios:

Starting up your own small business – Seen a gap in any market? can this become a business opportunity? This may be just about anything, including offering consulting or training programs or starting a store on eBay, Etsy or local markets. Or aiming at the market you are in such as; travel, cleaning, managing caravan parks etc. Find your strength or better still a passion and go with it 100%.

Telecommuting – this can be when you work on the road and communicate with a workplace via phone email, skype, electronic messaging or by all of these methods. If you already or have worked with a company that’s progressive then have a talk to your manger or contact about a working-on-the road arrangement, this would be not much different to a people that work from home. If you never ask you will never know what can be done.

Self-employed or freelancer – as a freelancer you bring in your own earnings out of contracting out your trade or service. For example a school tutor, handyman, healer, counselor or freelance writer. You charge by the hour or for the completed work.

Having a spiritual connection can mean better health

One of the many reasons that I have been drawn to Naturopathy as a profession is that the healing involved encompasses the WHOLE person. It is one of the founding principles of this modality and one that I feel truly connected with. Human beings are complex organisms that have an array of connections from our consciousness, our mental state and our physical being. While it is impossible to be in perfect balance of these elements, all the time, it does make sense to nurture the mind, body and the spirit to achieve wellness and maintain it.

Often in modern Western culture, the spiritual aspect gets ignored. Aside from some vague religious connections, many people spend a lot of energy focusing on mental and physical health without understanding that we have complexities about us, energy connections that go beyond us that need to be acknowledged and nurtured. Studies have found that people who are religious or spiritual can cope with health issues better and even live longer in some cases. For example, a study published in the August 1999 issue of the Journal of Gerontology: Medical Sciences examining almost 4,000 North Carolina residents aged 64 to 101 found those who attended religious services at least once a week were 46 percent less likely to die during the six-year study. Lead author Harold G. Koenig, M.D., of Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. “When we controlled for such things as age, race, how sick they were and other health and social factors, there was still a 28 percent reduction in mortality,” he says. (Koenig HG, Hays JC, Larson DB, George LK, Cohen HJ, McCullough ME, et al. 1999.) Another study found that patients with long term illness who had strong spiritual beliefs could cope better with pain and symptoms of terminal illness than those who were not spiritual. (Puchalski, C. M. 2001.) This literally shows in just two examples that having a spiritual connection can mean better health and there are plenty of other studies out there too.

How to claim your Trip around Australia as a Tax Deduction

Before we start, if you are going to travel and claim everything you can while seeing this great country, make sure you get advice from an accountant; this is a guide using information from all over the place and is also aimed at Australian tax laws only. This is a guide more so to inspire the right questions that you should ask a tax agent or accountant. Done right and you could be surprised how much you are allowed to claim at tax time.

So many people miss out on tax deductions that can be claimed while working on the road, Could it be worth setting up a business so you can claim for part of your trip? Most times all you need is an ABN and a good idea, both of these could be a way to saving thousands when you hit the road. The bonus is you can make money while you travel and claim things you never thought of as soon as you leave for the trip of a lifetime.

There is much more than just fruit picking work out there and the work is easy to organise through job networks such as No Boundaries and Work About Australia.

The ATO doesn’t care what you are doing just more so that you are working and how you do that, so travelling around Australia with careful planning should see people able to declare motor vehicle expenses, daily meals and accommodation the minute they hit the road.

The trick with the ATO is they don’t care what your job title is, but how you go about getting work and where you work it is.

Where it all began (The dream) travelling around Australia

The dream

Ok, ok so you have stumbled across this blog and see this post and think that it is far fetched, unrealistic and possibly even ridiculous, and really, I don’t blame you. I want to explain how this concept has come about and what has led us to creating this far fetched goal of travelling around Australia with four children and a dog to practice Naturopathy. Yes, you read correctly, we eventually want to take to the road, live and work on the road with our four children in a caravan sharing the word about healthy living, travelling and our adventures. We want to start the journey now, so we can showcase our humble beginnings. We will be taking our caravan out as often as we can to practice, while I study and hopefully by the time we go in a few years, we will be ready and waiting. It is a BIG dream, a HUGE undertaking and something that we want SO bad.

Interesting Places to See Travelling Australia (My Bucket List)

Interesting Places to See Travelling Australia (My Bucket List)

Its a big job but someone has to do it, so here we list all the places I want to see as we travel around Australia. We use different map pins to show what each marker is, for example snow fields to town and fishing spots. Always feel free to comment on any places in the travel bucket list if you have been there and what you thought about the place or event. This list will be for ever growing as Australia is a big place with so much to see and along our travels people we meet and the stories they tell about places they love get added to the bucket list.

With a tight budget, anyone can have a great family caravan

A cheap, working caravan for our family

One of our main goals for travelling was to find a caravan set up that was affordable, roadworthy and practical. Having perused many family travel blogs, we often found that many of them had bigger budgets than us, which at first made the whole concept feel unattainable. We started to piece everything together and realised that we can still do this, we may not have a large budget, but we certainly don’t need the latest model caravan or car, either.

Should we travel around Australia full time?

Deciding whether to travel around Australia full time

First of all, let me tell you that this decision does not come lightly. Should we travel around Australia full time? Mentally and spiritually, Matt and I have gone back and forth over this many times.  Sometimes I will wake up in the morning and just feel out of sorts like it is too much, too risky, too hazardous, too daring, too unconventional, but whenever I do this, there is a voice, a nagging side of me that says hang on a sec, this is your dream, if you are not doing something risky, laborious, or unconventional, is it really worth reward? Matt has these moments too (thank goodness) but whenever we run through the should we stay or should we go question, going always wins.

CAYDENS CRAFT CORNER – art and craft workshops

CAYDENS CRAFT CORNER STORY

We created The Cayden’s Craft Corner to provide a site for crafters all over Australia to come together, whether that togetherness is online or as we visit towns all over Australia; to share tips, to learn from, and be motivated by each other.

To connect over more than just craft. To meet other kids all over this country who value art and craft and the joy that creating brings.

Disconnect from technology

Modern technology, particularly our phones, have in essence turn into an extension of who we are. That is why the fear that takes hold of feeling helpless anytime you don’t remember to take your phone. And it is not surprising – we depend on technologies for many day to day aspects in our life, like using GPS to get to a place, maintaining communication with buddies and family members, handling our daily schedule, getting us up punctually each day, enabling us find the current news plus much more.

ABOUT ME

My name is Mindy and around 18 months ago, I had a major transformation in my life, which resulted in the pursuit of becoming a healer, specifically, a Naturopath, as a series of events had led me to see that I have ‘abilities’ in this area. For me this is not a natural progression as I had previously studied a Bachelor Communication and worked in the employment and promotional industries. I sucked at maths & science at school, and in no way shape or form did health actually interest me whatsoever, in fact, the sight of blood actually freaked me out. After a culmination of health issues plaguing my family members, I started to take matters into my own hands to transform our health, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. I wanted to share my joy, my discoveries and my passion for renewed living, and so began the long journey of studying to become a Naturopath. We offer lots of practical info and our health and travel blog for everyone to enjoy both the ups and downs as our family tours Australia.
